We made her burn cookies. We're really bad people. We are often in awe of the power we wield.

"We made her burn cookies. " 'we'? For crying out loud, it's KBOO. Burning the cookies might be the way they're supposed to be consumed. Edited because I don't want lol to think I'm bullying ... look where that leads to!

Underwriting revenue increase

Justin's significant jump in revenue can be easily correlated to Lynn Fitch's "management". Where he previously did not solicit specific businesses, she encouraged him to. He didn't just suddenly, without influence start selling more. He says he's making more money than he ever has. Unfortunately he will probably now have to go back to the pre-Fitch days of not getting paid for weeks and weeks, sometimes months.

FY: 2006 FY: 2007 FY: 2008 FY: 2009 FY: 2010 FY: 2011 FY: 2012 (Actual underwriting revenue from financials at FC) 37,275 49,371 42,451 50,597 47,185 43,010 50,584
The huge increase in underwriting was a taste of what it could have been like if the Board would have let Lynn do her job. The increase to underwriting was due to successful marketing and outreach done by Lynn that attracted underwriting. Lynn went through the underwriter list and sent correspondence to ones that hadn't been involved for years. I think it's sad that Justin is willing to take all the credit for not changing his work habits when he knows that most of this increase came from Lynn's efforts and her pushing for it and her pushing him to try new things to get underwriting. Lets see what the numbers looks like in September 2014, I bet it will be closer to $45,000 than to the almost $70,000 it is now. I hope I am proved wrong, but I doubt it. Look at the history and the history of chasing out managers that try to make staff accountable and productive. The numbers do tell a story.

It' a sleazy con. Get other people to do the hard work, kick them out then take credit for it. I don't. The sooner this mini cult is buried the better. I'm just glad there's documentation of everything so when kboo tanks and people wonder why, the usual suspects won't be able to worm their way out of responsibility, like they apparently have for 1 or 2 decades.

I'll be rushing right over. Guess no one took her up on her invite. And her blog is pretty dead as far a convos are concerned. No one's even dropping by for a rote "yay you"! (Course after the election, it's pretty dead here too, heh.) It's like Ani begging for volunteers. They drove away many creative energetic people in favor of people they can control. Those people can only say "yay you" so many ways before they get bored. Heck, some of them are busy doing the work to keep the station running. The only was Lisa can drive traffic to her blog is to promote it outside the KKKlub. To do that she has to explain search results like "Lisa Hacker Loving". Not gonna happen.
