So what the hell is Theresa Mitchell smoking telling her listeners there's little or no corporate media coverage?

An unpleasant possibility is TM needs her listeners to believe they are beset by "corporate forces" (which TBH are barely aware KBOO exists) and KBOO, Mitchell in particular, is the only one with the TRUTH.

Unfortunately most of her followers and listeners are computer semi literate. And since they probably avoid mainstream news sources for ideological reasons, its unlikely they'll ever know how much Theresa lies about.

Dan Shea of Veterans for Peace Chapter 72 will talk about Venezuela, having visited that country in March 2019. Host Theresa Mitchell of KBOO will also discuss US policy and the devastation of Yemen. The event, titled "Stop the Climate Crisis: End War A forum including updates on Iran, Venezuela, Yemen and other US 'hotspots'" will take place on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at 7 PM at the Augustana Lutheran Church, 2710 NE 14th (at the corner of NE 15th and Knott). It is accessible via the #8 Bus Line.

One reason organizers in the Peace and Justice Works Iraq Affinity Group chose this date is that it's expected the City Council will be considering a resolution opposing US intervention in Iran on Wednesday, November 13 at 3:30 PM.
