KBOO Board of Directors Meeting for September 2013

Only two staff have access to the membership list. The volunteer list is the same data with codes.

Sun Lee (former staff and ticket guy) sent an email from one of his friends who got a phone call saying his friend (NOT a volunteer) wondered how those people got his phone number.

That sounds like someone printed themselves off a membership list with phone numbers. There is a process for obtaining the list (sans phone numbers) and that process was not followed.

There are some state laws that have been violated.

Jamie Partridge also had a copy of the list and presumably still does. That tells you SOMEONE is lying when they say Bruce had the only list and shredded it.

So the current situation is anything they want to send to die goes to governance where it can be kilt.

Why did the KKK have access to the KBOO membership list?

KBOO lost 20% of its membership in the last year, 1000 members in one year, that's around 50 a month. Current membership is close to 4500.

Did the blogs have an effect on the loss of members?

How did Bruce Silverman get the volunteer list? Was it given to him or did he take it? Why does he still have keys to the building? Why is he being consulted about a good candidate for Station Manager?

What are the consequences for this person as it is an illegal action and they should be banned from the station for taking private donor information.

Why has this not been addressed yet publicly?

Why aren't KBOO's "Investigative Reporters" looking into this?
