Mark Sherman, on or around May 26, 2013, and as member of the KKK: - All board members must be accessible to the membership by providing either phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses.

Mark Sherman, October 29, 2013, and as member of the KBOO board. This from transfer of control application the KBOO submitted to the FCC. The entire KBOO board of directors lives at KBOO! So, which of these board members were associated with the KKK, but did not provide their correct physical addresses? Have any of the board made themselves accessible to the membership by providing either phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses? Nope. kboo.fm/boardNote that Mark Sherman sits on no committee, this despite this: "Board members are expected to attend monthly board meetings, serve on at least one committee, support and be active in the strategic plan..." kboo.fm/governanceMark Sherman: KKK hypocrite.

So have you told the FCC? The address issue is not an FCC matter. It's a matter of Mark's hypocrisy. The larger issues is, are these KKK board members acting with honesty and integrity? In this matter at least, the answer is no. As far as reporting this to the FCC, please do so if so inclined. However, know this. The board has been reporting member addresses in this way every year after elections -- when they remember to do so -- for many years now. At one point, an organization was contesting KBOOs application for a license outside of Portland and brought up the issue of board turnover. The FCC apparently waived that regulation in that case. This organization -- and their high priced lawyers -- could have reported the address issue to the FCC if they had thought it important. They did not.

So have you told the FCC? The address issue is not an FCC matter. The FCC doesn't care if you give a fake address? Are you sure about that? Yeah, but everyone knows that. And wasn't Mark being blackmailed? No one ever knew what for. Or was that another Eddie story that mysteriously petered out? Oh great. Another mystery. Either tell people who this org with "high priced lawyers" was or GTFO.

The address issue is not an FCC matter. The FCC doesn't care if you give a fake address? Are you sure about that? They haven't in the past. Maybe they will now. Let us know what they say.Yeah, but everyone knows that. And wasn't Mark being blackmailed? No one ever knew what for. Or was that another Eddie story that mysteriously petered out? You have a quote that proves he was telling the story? No, you don't -- and you have the story all wrong. Someone else mentioned that it was suspected that a board member was being blackmailed -- and Mark wasn't even on the board then. Oh great. Another mystery. Either tell people who this org with "high priced lawyers" was or GTFO. Now, if you had asked politely...

You have a quote that proves he was telling the story? No, you don't -- and you have the story all wrong. Actually he just asked if that was the story: "Or was that another Eddie story that mysteriously petered out?" Are you even trying to read? Lurker's point still stands: this rumor that alleges something very serious, was never backup by anything. Much like the rumor of a company with high priced lawyers. If Mark was/is blackmailed, it makes this thread fingering Mark as some sort of anti-Christ misguided at the least. Now, if you had asked politely... [/quote] Let me get this right: you have evidence of an entity with a previous conflict with KBOO that might be helpful to know and you're withholding because someone called you out? No. Just no. Don't come to a forum to shoot your mouth off condescendingly and then complain about impoliteness when you're called out. Stop trolling or go away.

"Now, if you had asked politely... "
I shouldn't have to ask at all. If you're volunteering info, volunteer it, don't make coy hints. But it wouldn't matter. If I had "asked nicely" you'd just return to your circular reasoning trolling anyway. Yawn.
