That's sarcasm. She never saved anyone from anything because there was never a nuke.
Theresa Mitchell, longtime local Portland anti-government “radical” is running for election as a Kboo Board member on a platform of doxing station managers and Saving Kboo from her next manufactured conspiracy. She claims to be helping dismantle White Supremacy. What Mitchel won’t say is she was buddy buddy with racist Captain May back in 2007 when she jumped feet first onto his Ghost Troop bandwagon.

-- Sears Tower is exactly 110 stories tall. In human history there have only been three buildings with 110 stories. The other two, WTC 1 & 2, were the first skyscrapers in history to collapse as a result of fire -- on 9/11. Last week, the Mandarin Orange Hotel in China burned from top to bottom without a collapse.

For the sake of comprehension, and against those who should say I am merely (and automatically) opposed to all official functions, I'll speculate a bit here, and invent a scenario I wish to avoid.
Suppose the Noble Resolve exercise is going well, and at the end, we have a couple of loyal Navy Seals posing as inflamed Arab nationalists, steering a small boat down the Willamette. On the boat they have their communication equipment, and a carefully "vented" lead-lined device that has a small and relatively harmless amount of fissionable uranium. They are to pilot the boat towards the agreed-upon point, allowing the radiation detectors to find the boat, whereupon the Exercise is designed to stop traffic and search the boat; Blue Team wins, tadaa, everybody goes out for a beer, no problem. Red Team is congratualted for their loyalty and initiative. Exercise over.
No big harm done there. I dislike the whole "they're gonna get us" attitude in these exercises, not least because it is used to promote fascism and corruption. But at least we who are concerned with Constitutional rule can get an idea, from the exercise, of how to deal with Bushite martial law plans. But:
Scenario two: exactly the same as above, except that neocon operatives loyal to secret provocateurs in the Vice President's Office have placed a miniaturized plutonium/lithium fission/fusion device in the bilges of the Red Team's boat, unbenkownst to them or to anyone. The device detonates at whatever time is convenient to the subgroups. The resulting blast will not have the radiological characteristics of a sloppy fission bomb, as one might expect from a less technologically advanced group, but will show the fingerprint of fusion gamma; but no one will be around to investigate that, nor ask questions of the Red Team or indeed of anyone associated with the effort; after martial law is declared in the blast and fallout zones, no one will be allowed to sort through the rubble to find radiological evidence. The rubble will be carted away and guarded.
It's so convenient. No one will be thinking "investigation" until it's far too late, and the principal actors, though they knew nothing directly, cannot be queried in their state as radioactive dust particles circulating in the Stratosphere. Iran will be blamed and nuked. No one will dare question the Blackwater teams ruling Portland, and "Little Beirut" will never again raise its head.

Why did Theresa Mitchell, alleged expert reporter and "counter propaganda expert" do it? Recruiting new members and cash for Kboo from the Ron Paul dregs? Hoping to whip people up into hysteria then claim to be some kinda savior?
No one can definitively know Mitchell did not believe Portland was going to be nuked. But if she did, it’s proof she’s several cards short of a full deck.
More likely she just lied; she knew there was no danger. If she really believed Portland as going to be attacked she would have used her Presswatch radio show to warn people, tell them to evacuate and have hightailed it herself to Bagby Hotspings or someplace.
Instead she interviewed this Captain May loon repeatedly on her program and very few people spoke up about the KBOO TAX EXEMPT station being used to spread racist right wing nut job propaganda.

These audios have been deleted from KBOO. Mitchell refuses to discuss her connections to right wing conspiracy groups because Theresa Mitchell has never, EVER admitted she’d done anything wrong...not even when she was cyber harassing Lynn Fitch with mugshots and documents “leaked” to her by her wife Ani. Normal people have some sense that is wrong, whatever goals they have. Mitchell doubled down and was proud she acted like a borderline headcase.
Now she wants people to trust her claim she wants to “dismantle White Supremacy” and face her White Privilege.
We have an idea how Mitchell can do that:
Drop out of the board election, close her tinfoil ridden Presswatch program down and get her White Ass out of the way of talented People of Color who have never had a chance to have their voices heard.
