It's what Theresa Twittered. Don't have confirm from station though. Looks like Rachel resigned in disgust.
This is the same budget TM and her goons walked out before hearing about in previous meetings? IIRC the Prez budget?

OK, a partial victory for TM and the KBOTs. I've always said they would likely get their way the old-fashioned KBOO way, scream, yell, and bully anyone who disagrees until they quit. Sane people don't stick around KBOO, I've met twenty times as many people who USED to volunteer at KBOO than are involved now. Beloved community, my ass.
We've predicted that Ani, TM and Co would ride KBOO into the ground rather than give up any control, much like Dr. Strangelove and the Bomb. KBOO only
has three assets of any value 1) the license itself 2) the awesome record libary and 3) it's reputation for being an asset to the community.
1) If KBOO dies and withers away, the license will be sold to the highest bidder (religious broadcasting) 2) The library itself is fabulous but they keep talking about digitizing it, would be a big mistake but no longer my issue
3) KBOO's reputation and relevance is so far in tatters that other radio and internet media have replaced it. Remember, with 26K Watts of FM power, KBOO was ranked dead fucking last in Arbitron a decade ago, before the PPM methods, even before the crisis of 2013, in perhaps the most left wing market in the USA.
Rachel has shown she is sane and has normal instincts of self preservation by quitting. The only remaining question is if the remaining BOD members will swing towards Ruban or towards TM.
Sad. Very sad to watch this.

We've had our differences, but I agree with all that.
However...a little birdie tells me it's not over until the Fat Lady sings.
Who's the "Fat Lady" is the question.

Who's the "Fat Lady" is the question. Agreed. I'd suggest time for a meme, but someone, somewhere would find a body type or gender based reason to complain.

There's one comment on indy that sounds like Theresa? But for someone who "won" they sure sound enraged....

For now I'll just observe KBOO's website and and social media are pretty quiet about this "Transformation".
The station manager calling it quits should be a big deal.
Theresa wouldn't lie/exaggerate again, would she?

This quote from one of TM's friends, in response to a REAL situation involving transphobic harassment(not Theresa dismissing criticism of her harassment behavior as "transphobic"), might shed some like on TM's mental state:

Looks like Matt (bristow?) Left a comment. Was going to ask him if they got rid of the"evil" prez last night. But Portland indymedia is borked...

Now TM is babbling on Twitter about impeachment:
Yes, Mitchell, but try to focus. You're trying to get rid of Lawrence, not Trump.
How did that go at the Oct 1st Board Meeting Tuesday? Really odd there's no mention of it anywhere.

Still a big information blackout about the Oct 1st board meeting to end all meetings. But 4 days ago (Oct 1st?) David Weaver was deployed via Disqus to defend the Kbot party line in Willamette Week comments:
Okaaaaaaay. So this was a "corporate take over"? WTF is Mitchell telling these poor saps?
But David had more thoughts to share, in particular with "Kryten":
That showed him! Lastly David decided to take on the "Mossad Agent":
So. Many. Words. One of which is "sheeple" a sure sign of someone with a tinfoil hat.
In spite of David's raging pseudo left populist rant, he has claimed to be a conservative in comments elsewhere:
He also believes in the "banking elite":
He doesn't appear to know "banking elite" is a code for Jews. But other comments indicate David does support separation of church and state. Therefore he's probably not an antisemitic right wing troll. Just another one of Theresa Mitchell's useful idiots.

Meanwhile, on Disqus, KBOO/TM fan Dave Weaver, last seen on WW, is proving he's a wacko wing nut job, calling a clearly left wing radio station "right of center" because it's not left enough for him :
Tinfoil hat, check!
Sigh. Dave's gonna be disappointed when he finds out KBOO is a non profit corporation.
