Then, this will be considered a threat of abuse against the site. In that case, there is a much more clear and explicit basis for moderating the posts of that faction and posting as a top-feature to the website showing what tactics that faction is using. Moreover, any abuse of the site will result in pursuing those folks who want to disrupt, rather than use the site, to the full extent of the law. This threat post should be moderated if it is not the admin's intention to threaten portland indymedia's website in violation of federal law. |

It looks pretty sleazy. Someone obviously did receive your email and sent you a link I hope you haven't clicked on. They might not be lying about the moderation list. But they know damn well it didn't come from a spider or bot.
The account might be shared. It's also possible the reason that email is on Ghost Troop list is someone sent something similar to Ghost Troop and they add to address book all email addys they get. Why, I have no idea....
And yes I think we can give Indymedia, at least the PDX branch, a good old one finger salute.
