You have to have balls to re-write history as boldly as this guy does it.
Go the kboo.fm (if it's working) and download the official minutes of the meetings for July 2013. Entire motions, amendments are missing from the minutes. It's proper to list every motion made, even if it's not seconded. Even if it's withdrawn. That's been the standard even at KBOO for a long time. It's also been the standard at KBOO to include a summary of who said what in discussions ... at least a Reader's Digest version.
And at the July meetings, votes were taken that will result in lawsuits. Votes were taken where board members asked that there be a roll call to indicate who voted which way so their dissent could be in the permanent records. Hadrian asked for attachments to be included in the minutes. NONE of this made it to the official minutes posted. These minutes are not just sanitized, they've been stripped naked and bare.
I can't understand why someone would do such a clumsy job of cover-up when there are publicly distributed audio recordings which show what really happened, what was really said, and what the actual motions and votes were. Like I've said before, dumb, dumb, dumb.
Bad decisions won't sink this board, but covering up their actions ultimately could be their downfall.
